BullCharts User Group (BCUG)
online meetings by webinar:
These online webinar meetings use a webinar tool
(GoToMeeting) to share the presenter's computer screen image, and to
enable 2-way voice communication.
All you need for these sessions is a standard web browser (eg. Internet
Explorer, or Firefox), and preferably a headset to reduce the chance of audio interference. More details are on Robert's
Webinar Events web page. That web page includes a link to
download this
information pdf file that explains how it all works.
For the webinar, you will need to register to help us know how many people to expect and to propertly manage the session -
follow the link in the Webinar Events web page, and enter the relevant details.
We
have been getting up to about 7 users participating in these webinars -
a nice friendly number.
We are currently limited to 24 users per session. If we get to that
limit we will need to introduce password access so that only the first
24 who register will be able to join in.
Please make sure you register for the "Online
Remote User Group", and not the "BullCharts Overview" event for brand new users.
Unless of course you would like to participate in the 30-minute
BullCharts overview as a newer user, in which case you are very welcome
to join that session as well. These are offered monthly.
How to register for a BCUG webinar?
- Go to the Webinar Events web page,
and find the required event, then click
on the link to go to the registration screen.

When
you register you will need to enter some basic information (eg. name,
city, etc.).

You
will also need to enter your email address so that we can send you a
Confirmation email with the correct link to enter the webinar, and we
will send you a reminder an hour before the session.

After
you register, and you receive the Confirmation email, simply wait until
the
right day and time, then click on the link in the email to join the
webinar session.
