was an introduction to Nicolas Darvas, and described how he spent 5
years playing with the market winning a small fortune before losing it.
The article summarised his eventual strategy that he devised after this
5 years of practise, and includes his views about the usefulness or
otherwise of brokers, advisers, newsletters and fundamental analysis.

Many people have heard
about Nicolas Darvas the professional dancer, and that he made
$2,000,000 in the stock market in an 18 month period. But it is not so
well known that he was an educated economist, and that he spent 5 years
experimenting in the market before he discovered a good strategy and
made his fortune.
Along the way he tried
fundamental analysis, and concluded it is mostly useless. He devised
his infamous Darvas Box theory which worked a treat. But he included
some key investing principles to drive his profits higher faster. To

Over the last two years I have accumulated quite a collection of eBook (PDF) Articles
on three subject areas - Share Trading/Investing, Technical Analysis
and BullCharts software (actually 404 pages of material in 101
articles). These Articles are invaluable for both new and experienced
investors and traders. I
am now writing brief monthly notes in this eNews email to
highlight specific Articles on targeted topics. I am also writing new

There is nothing secret in this

I
am also confident that my Toolbox Members won't be sharing their
username and password with non-members. It is not fair that I spend all
this time preparing the materials, and then my Toolbox Members pay
money to have legitimate access, only to let some people pay nothing to
