Strategies Workshop
#1 - Stan Weinstein
When you study the share price chart for any given
company (or a market index), you can see that all stocks are in one of
four "Stages":-
consolidating in a base, rising, topping, or declining.
A key feature of this strategy workshop will be
the study
of Stan Weinstein's Stage Analysis, and his use of
both the 30-week
Simple Moving Average (SMA) and Stage Analysis to determine
the current
Stage for a stock, and for stock selection.
This is a workshop to help you develop your own
investing
strategy by understanding some of the teachings of Stan Weinstein, and
in particular one of the supplied “Author Strategies” in the BullCharts
software package. Stan's teachings are documented in his text book “Secrets
for Profiting in Bull and Bear Markets”, and focus on minimal
time commitment on a weekly basis, and utilising Weekly share price
charts.
