Robert has been using the Constant Contact email service
since November 2008 to manage, write and send emails to
interested people:

The annual
All Star Award is made by the Constant Contact
organisation to only about 10% of their 500,000 or so
clients. It is based on a number of criteria including:
- Having been a customer of Constant Contact for at
least a year.
- Consistently high open rates (greater than 25%),
click through rates, and low bounce rates.
- Regular contact with the audience.
- Using tools like Join My Mailing List to grow the
audience, either on the website or Facebook.
- Using social tools to share and promote content
or events.
- Regularly viewing the reports to see how we're
doing.
So, to be a recipient of this award, Robert needs to
write emails that are interesting to the readers, and
which the readers will want to open and read.
